There are 15 rooms spread throughout the houses for a total of 45 beds.

Each room is decorated differently with kilims and antiques and has a private bathroom and central heating. Some of the rooms look over the courtyard whike others are along the little path running along the front of the pension. Several rooms have a nice view over the Kızılırmak river, the Zelve valley and all way to Uçhisat rocky outcrop.

The rooms are made up everyday.
